Question regarding Complete Rewards℠ Visa® Card

Hi All,

I came across this card at FNBO website. I have a regular 1% cash back AMEX with them that I intend to close, as I have no use for it al all. However, I have $15900 CL on that which I do not want to lose and thus I thought of getting any other card from them. This Complete Rewards℠ Visa® Card says it pays 2% cash back when redeemed into checking or savings account. The summary of terms actually state you will get 2% when you redeem "Cash back as an ACH Deposit to any Checking or Savings Account". I am not able to get if they mean "any checking"  from any bank or just any of their checking accounts. If it is the second case will it work with only FNBO account or with FNBO direct account as well? Anyone having any experience with this card?

Thanks!

As I read the terms, I take it to mean "any checking" account, outside of FNBO being fine. But note you can only redeem in increments of $25 with this card, which is kind of a pain.

Not too many have the card as FNBO is geographically limited, conservative with approvals, and beyond that there's several other 2% cards that are IMO a bit less restrictive on redemption. However I understand wanting to keep the limit.

FNBO does now have an Amex card that earns 1.5%, with no FNBO account requirement to earn the full amount. My DP has a SavingStar Amex and we received the notice yesterday that our SavingStar Amex (I'm an AU) will convert to the new account type on October 14th.
The 2% looks like an attractive card, bus since many issuers offer 2% in either MC or Visa form,  but few offer an Amex that earns 1.5%, we'll stay with the conversion they're offering us.

I was going to garden... Honest!
