Questions regarding CLI

In September of this year I made a payment to Macys which was returned by my bank (had some bank problems that are taken care of now).  When I realized what had happened I promptly made another payment and a couple days later another payment.  Then in October, I made the payment late but I have made November's payment and I've already paid December's payment on time.

How long should I wait to ask for the 3mo CLI?

Also, I have a Total Card and was wondering how they are with CLI.  Are they automatic or do you have to request it?

there are a some quite knowledgable about macy's that may answer your question.  but off the cuff i've heard they are quick to CLD for late payments so if that didn't happen to you that is good luck indeed.

with late payments w/i the first 3 months, i would personally wait at least another three months.  if  you are eligible during that time they may auto cli anyway, i'd sit tight for now although depending on how you look to them you may still be eligible a 3 month GLI despite the slightly shaky new history.

I've actually had my card since 2006, but just recently started requesting CLI since they weren't automatic.  I'm only at $300 now, so I was wondering if I should still call or not.
