Yep. I changed mine to plain black. Although I'm now bored with that, so I'll be changing it again.

Does it still say Quicksilver? And is the card stock any higher quality? And are the numbers raised?

No longer says Quicksilver. Stock is higher quality, yes numbers are raised.
I absolutely recommend changing your image on your Quicksilver. Free and easy, and as mentioned it is thicker with raised numbers and feels more sturdy. It doesn't say Quicksilver anymore, but I don't need my card to scream out "Quicksilver" as long as the benefits are the same.
The default design is flat, fake feeling and cheap. Go for your the image card
