Recently got denied for a secured credit card from BoA. Which to me is weird since WF approved me for theirs. Anywho, can someone please provide a recon number, I'm hoping its just an issue with the fact that I have a fraud alert on my credit report. Thanks in advance!
You can also call regular customer service, and once you reach a live person, ask to be transferred to credit acquisitions. BofA is pretty easy about transferring people to the right department.
