Has anyone else been locked out of their REDcard repeatedly and had to call REDcard services to access their account online?
I've had to call five times in two weeks with no failed logins and my PC isn't remembered even though I selected that. Has anyone experienced either of these?
I have been into my account daily to pay charges for the last week and today as well. No problems to report though

I have not had any problems with my RedCard.

Yes it happened to me twice over the last year. the way around it is to go to the store site target.com and there is an icon for the red card. use that link and enter your login info and you should be in. then just replace the red card link in your favorites with a new link.
I'm having nothing but problems in the app (website down)?????? and when I try online it CONSTANTLY has to send me a passcode to log in!
I just now logged in with no problem.

I have to get a pass code sent to me every time I login just like @Trini88 has said.
Its Annoying but I am not locked out.

The first time it happened to me i called them and the operator was talking to me like i was crazy saying she hadnt received another complaint of that kind.
Yep! When I called they CSR told me its been a problem. I couldn't log in two days ago.
