Really want a Venture.. should I apply?

When Capital One showed preapproval I applied for both Venture and QS. Instant approval on both. Even though it is hard to wait, I believe it is good to wait.

How accurate is chase pre qual?

I'm really confused hoe I pre qual for CSP.. I did just open Chase banking accounts so maybe that has little to do with it. I just thought CSP was a card for high spenders and long credit history

the prequals are solid but just because you're prequaled doesn't mean you need it. if you have a need for it then try

Citi I heard is quite finicky at times and generally needs higher scores, I certainly wouldn't touch them until I show some love to these new cards.  I will spend the 3k in the  next 3 months because of an Italy trip in Dec but each week I'm there I will put on 1k then pay immed so that I'm never util more than 10% of the 10k.
