This is my 2nd different email offer from AMEX, and its called jetblue. Does anyone have this card?
I read the terms and conditions and its nothing fancy sort of card.IMO
Anyway tho, I have burned all big 3....amex citi and chase back in 12' and its no secret that I want to get back in the door again.
at this stage, I'm not being picky, i'll take whatever amex throws at me.lol
Right now, I have IT card that hasnt reported as of yet, its been month and a half, and I also have CLI request via Cap1 EO in the process pending in few days.
My approval chance with AMEX is pro slim to none I suppose. But I guess I want to find out 1 way or the other and sooner than later.
I have heard so many people echoing the cliche, (well u dont no until u try).
Should I wait until my IT report to the bureau first(would this perhaps give me a better chance at approval ?)
Please do not hesitate to pinch me to bring me back down to earth, before i start thinking bout AMEX again...

I got this offer on two separate emails. I believe it's only a marketing offer and not a pre-approval offer in any way.
thanks...

Generally speaking you'll need to address the outstanding debt to get back in. It's going to be a long while before they fall off your reports and falling off doesn't make a debt cease to exist. If you have derogs as recent as 12 then you really should address them before apping for anything. Visit the Rebuilding subforum.
I agree with takeshi74, if it still shows on you cr then you probably need to take care of the debt before you try and apply again. Try looking at the pre-approval site and see if Amex actually pre-approved you for anything.
I agree with the other posts, but it's not clear that the OP realizes what this card is. It is a co-brand card with the airline JetBlue, and you get points on their reward program called TrueBlue. If you don't fly JetBlue, there is no point in getting this card.

Yeah right and I was just thinking the obvious,
Appreciated,
Just marketing. I got the email too and i promptly deleted it. The card sucks. I can use my CSP or Delta Skymiles and get better rewards.
