my card they send has a chip on it. what does the chip meansa?

i got chopper one too with the clip i order design one i should get it in 4-6 days. i recieved the chopper one less than three days they are fast.

it's the new system they will enforce for credit cards, you insert card to the machine for processing instead of swiping it.
