This is the main screen to choose which UR acct to go into....

 

On this one you can see "Combine Points" Under the "Manage Ultimate Rewards"...

Here is where you combine them from the Freedom to Sapphire. I don't have the Preffered but I'd assume they are the same..

Wow. It looks really simple. I cant believe I havent heard of this before. Ill be apping for a freedom next then. Should be a great improvement to cap one.

Does the Journey card have an AF? If not, maybe just throw it in a file or sock drawer and let the age keep reporting? I didn't remember how long you've had it..

No AF but a mysterious $200 charge that keeps poping up, which is the reason im wanting to cancel. Not because of the charge but because of the CS I receive. The charge appears then a credit from them so I owe nothing, then another 200 charge. This has repeated for 10 days now. Ive had it for a year now but this is just annoying. Then they changed my number when renewing the card since the old one was about to expire but didnt bother telling me. I was told I will get the card in 7 days. Chase can get a piece of metal in my hands in 12 hours but cap one takes 7 days. The final encounter that made me decide to replace it was there lack of cli's. I hold a centurion but cap one cant give me a limit higher than 750? Not sure what planet that makes sense on but I refuse to continue to play their games.

Wow that is pretty incredible. I'd want to close it too. I'm glad I have never gotten a Cap1 card. My Mom has had a Cap1 Platinum for years with around a 16k limit, and no problems. Maybe they have different customer service for different tiered cards?

If so, I havent seen it yet. With venture my friend always leaves confused after a call. It was my first card and served its purpose. Now its time for it to die. Smiley Happy
