Reporting

Hey everyone!  Thanks again for all the help with my credit re-building journey.  Got approved for Discover It and Chase Freedom yesterday and today.  How long does it take before they start reporting, on average?  From approval to reporting on the CB?  Thanks

For me, chase reported about my statement about 25-27 days after my inquiry and approval... while for my Discover, it took about 2 billing cycles for it to be reported on any of my credit reports. but YMMV.

+1. Discover is usually very slow to report but YMMV.

My Discover card was received on 11/23/14 and my first statement close date was 11/27/14. It reported 2 weeks after the statement closed.

I've noticed several people posting recently that their Discover reported after the first statement. When I got mine last May it took two billing cycles.
