Re: Requested CLI on AMEX

In most cases it's denial....sorry

Some however have been lucky to get an email within 24 hours saying approved but rare

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

Re: Requested CLI on AMEX

I applied for Amex on April 5th 2015 approved for $4000
Called in to cli 3x to 12000 approved
That most likely is a denial
Almost always

Re: Requested CLI on AMEX

Yeah better to play it slow (if you can call 300% CLIs slow) and stay within the 3x range. For reference, my initial $2K line is now $15K a year later. Wait 90 days and good luck.
