Rewards Question

The Venture card I just got has a 50.000 mile reward after you spend 3k. Well that was easy just this month with a couple of balance transfers. My question is do I have to wait to get the rewards until I pay the 3k off or just by spending 3k do I get the miles?

You get the rewards as soon as your balance posts.

What do you mean by balance transfers? Did you meet the 3K spend on the Venture and then BT the balance out to a 0% card(s) ?

no, the other way. I did a balance transfer using my venture card. It now has a $3100 balance

Balance transfers do not count toward spend bonus...You do realize there is no promo rate on the Venture, right?

Is this a special offer, or is this generally available?  I'm wanting to apply for the Venture, but all of the current links I can find right now are for the 40k bonus.  Is there a link for the 50k bonus out there?
