Rewards Redemption Fee?

I just got the Bank of America Travel Rewards Card and I'm looking now and there are 4 fees for Rewards redemption being charged has this happened to anyone else? I've looked in my agreement and there's nothing about a fee for Rewards redemption Smiley Sad

What are said fees called? I've never heard of this although I don't have a card with them.

Did you sign up for any programs with them?

 

edit: possibly an easy savings program? (asking because I found info on another site)

It is a temporary charge so they can verify the card Smiley Happy
