Rush delivery available for replacement AmEx?

My BCP chip is acting up, reading as chip malfunctioning at the terminals. Is it possible to get an overnight or FedEx delivery for a replacement? Would have preferred it.

I’ve already replaced mine and will be in my box on or by 4/3.

Yes. When you select the reason for replacement - which in your case is damage - it defaults to regular mail delivery but you have the option of changing it to overnight delivery free of charge before submitting your replacement order.

You can do online or phone doesn't matter. Just make sure if you do it over the phone that you specifically ask for it since they normally send it regular mail since you can technically use your current card. And depends on when you submitted your order. Might be too late to request it overnight but doesn't hurt to try if you want it rushed.

This is how it would look online requesting a damage replacement. Again, defaults to regular mail but can change it to overnight option when you select it and can keep using old card in meantime.
