Thanks GMood! Appreciate it bro, yeah I heard of Union Bank.
@Alped, so just to join the CU, they do a HP? I'ma just see, if I get approved. If not, then I'ma just get the PenFed, heard they have Pin and Chip, not sure.
Yup, HP for membership. If you do get approved for membership though, the pull is good for 30 days if you want to apply for the card later. That was what I did.
Other CUs that offer C+P cards, First Tech CU and UNFCU.

Okay, so I checked my EX score and it's at 765. 15 INQ, 5 more gonna drop soon. From reading about this card, it's unlikely I'ma get the card but then I thought about it, if I'm not going to live or frequently visit Europe then it doesn't matter, could always use their currency to pay for whatever the cards don't accept. Like, even being in the states, some can't even pay with a credit or not worth it, card like at the DMV, paying taxes, rent, life insurance, etc.
You need to check your EX FICO 2 score because that's what they use.
Is it that? There's also the Fico Bankcard score 2. Thanks! Let me know what you guys suggest after I get the score.
It should be EX 2 mortgage I believe. Let me tag in @calyx since she was the one who recently got approved for this card. I don't have first hand experience with them myself.
I'm pretty sure it was FICO 02 mortgage score, but TBH I don't think they were specific about that in the letter they sent me. Mine was 752 when I was approved for the card with a $5k limit about a year ago. It is a Visa Signature so that might be the lowest CL they will give. That score was roughly 30 points lower than my FICO 08. That was good enough for the lowest APR on the card they offered, at the time it was 11% or so, it has since been reduced a bit to ~10.5%
Sometimes you see on this forum about hard to get cards and IMO this one is it (that don't require large assets with the issuer). They seem to be really particular, people with 800+ scores have gotten denied because their files are just too thick, too much available credit in relation to income or too many new accounts/inqs in their recent history. The credit limits are usually on the low side. It is hard pull to join, a hard pull for the card, a hard pull for any CLI. You can join and get the card on the same HP, though.
I've had it for over a year now and really like it, IMO is is the best 2% non-category card out there. USAA Limitless, BofA Premium Rewards and Amex BBP are contenders, but each have their issues (none have Chip+PIN priority, Limitless isn't available anymore, BofA requires $100k+ in assets with them, BBP has FTF and not as widely accepted). Found the cash back mall for this SDFCU card the other day and it's pretty useful actually, pretty sure it is the same ones being used by almost any other card that offers one besides Amex which runs their own. The cellphone insurance is also a nice perk, too, although it is a little low at only $250 per claim.
Can confirm - FICO2 from EX (so older score, mortgage score, whatever you want to call it!) for the SDFCU Cash Back card.
