i noticed there was a security/fraud on my credit seasame (experian).
I did applied a credit card from SDFCU on 21, they hard pull my report on 21.
but why do i got a security/fraud alert on 22?
anybody had the same experiences about this?
thanks.
Most monitoring services alert a day or two behind the date something hits your credit report.... sometimes 3 days.
great and bad news guys
my card was abeing approved.
but is only at a limit of 1000$.
they told me that they couldnt pull my credit score. however, when i log in to elminiate id theft. they are actually showing me a score.
i do have like a 780 on experian on eliminate id theft score.
any of u know the reason of this?
Eliminate ID theft is a CMS for viewing your reports. The scores there don't mean anything.
They show a score, but that kind of score is often referred to as FAKO, ie: it is a made-up score that NO lenders use has absolutely no correlation to your EX FICO score, which is what SDFCU is trying to pull.
@09lexie
they pull the report BEFORE the alert was take place. so i was still able to get a card from them...
actually right now im business travelling, so i wont be able to send them the mails until i m back usa. (beginning of sept)

also, when i pull a experian report (1$ trial) and the plus score said 726.
does that plus score reliable?
hi guys
some little thing wanna update u guys
ok, i talked to the assistant manager, he said the reason i was being approve for 1000 is because there is no credit score on my experian report. however, he will pull my equifax report and see my score.
lucky, it show a score on my equifax report he said is 790.
then he said he would have the underwriter to look at it and request a higher limit since it is a good score.
however, he said he can eliminate the experian inquiry by sending experian a mail.
im now waiting for the new credit limit.
however, do any of u know why there is no score on experian report?
