SDFCU + iTunes

This probably doesn't apply to many people, since I don't know anyone else that has this great credit card, but if you do have it and you use iTunes, you can get great rewards using the points mall.  

This works for me because I stream all of my TV shows and movies via iTunes.  Here is how it works:

1.  Select Apple iTunes from the points mall

2. A webpage opens that then activates iTunes on your computer.

3. Use iTunes to search for and buy whatever TV season / movie / music you want.

4. Check your account transactions a few days later... when the purchase posts you will have received 6x points per dollar!

I've had this card for a year and just now realized that I can do this.  I am going to have fun racking up points from now on!

Several CCs have iTunes in their online malls. Some have better rewards than others. Note: you do need cookies enabled on your default browser, as that's how they track those transactions.

Though: It's not just CC companies that can make money this way. Do a web search for "iTunes Affiliates". Apple makes it easy to make money as an affilate (YMMV, based on how many people click the link on your webpage).
