Looks like a very positive SPG figure is in charge of combining the new SPG-Marriott-Ritz loyalty program. This of course gives no evidence that SPG is "saved" but an interesting discussion about where it's heading and the possibilities.

Also interesting how this is announced on the eve of what many consider to be the TOD of Hyatt (World of Hyatt).
