Sallie Mae World MasterCard? Having trouble?

So I have the Sallie Mae World card and I try to redeem my points on the Barclay website..but I click my rewards status and it doesn't have anything there, and when I call Barclays they just forward me to someone at sallie Mae but it ends up going back to someone at Barclays. Got me so frustrated almost considered closing the card. I am sick of them. I just want my reward points :-(

Any suggestions on how to redeem my points or possibly make them show up on my computer? When I click it, it just shows an error. Every time. Thanks

At the main screen... you should be able to click "Manage Rewards" and then the page with the different redemption options should show. How many points you have should also be listed above the manage rewards and on the next screen. 

Example with my Barclaycard...

What error does it show? Have a you tried a different web browser? Do you know your rewards balance?

Yes I know my balance but when I click manage my rewards it doesn't show anything..

Mine doesn't show the points balance like yours does.

maybe they can reset the account? I had once a technical issue with BofA and a reset solved everything..good kuck!

I called and they said to wait one more statement and my points would show up so idk. We'll see I guess
