Anyone recently applied or have this card now and can do some updating?
I have not seen anything since they were launching this and looking at it today they offer 0% for 18 months which sounds like a pretty good deal compared to what else is out there too... Are they marketing to a more prime customer then the Santander Consumer Arm that gives high rate auto? they are the same company right?

IMHO, not the best bank to deal with from other folks' experiences. Of course, everyone's experience will vary. Santander USA is the US branch of its large Spanish conglomerate overseas - Santander Group (similar to UBS, BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, CIBC, RBC, etc.). In Europe and Latin America they are a pretty well-established and decent bank. However, US operations are not the most efficient but they seem to get by. They have absorbed several other portfolios from third party lenders which include some student lending as well as auto financing from lenders like Citi Financial.
I have had auto loans iwth Santander in past and while rates were bad and had some issues when they took over a roadloans with reporting... they were good otherwise...
This banking with credit card is pretty new for them I believe in US and we had a small topic when it first launched but have not heard since... I actually thought of it again when other poster mentioned them removing is auto tradeline.
Wonder who they pull and if they approve like cars?! EVERYONE!!

Not sure who they pull for CCs... maybe someone who has their CC can chime in... Or, would you like to be our first to try? LOL ... c'mon for the sake of a good data point! I just don't have any interest in them at the moment.
