Sears Store Card CLI?

Forgive me if this has been address in the not so distant past.

Does anyone know if you ask for a CLI with a Sears Store CC (now thru CiTi) via the luv button on the website if its a HP or SP?

The last post I found on this was a good 3 ish years ago and Idk if anything has changed since then.

Secondary question, has anyone had auto limit increases and if so how often?

I started with a 2k limit when I first got it two months ago, and jw what their deal is. Id like to get this limit up so I can get some much needed equipment upgrades as my mower and snowblower are way past retierment lol

Most Citi CLIs are HP. I haven't tried personally on my new Sears card, too new. But DH has Best Buy, Mobil and my mom has Childrens Place, Mobil. Both have been hit wtih HPs on any increase request whether approved or denied.

You have to check the language of the CLI page.  If it says your credit will not be obtained it is SP.  Which is supposedly pretty common, though mine says credit report will be obtained (so HP) probably because I'm still new...

yeah thats what mine said too. but if there is going to be a time when the SP comes about then that is at least welcomed news. Guess Ill just keep an eye on it and if it pops up ill take advantage.

Ive had the card I think 2 months, maybe 3 so Im new as well. Maybe after a few billing cycles they will fell better. Considering it a 2k limit and never put more than 200 on it Im hoping I proved my worth lol.
