Hi!!! This is only my 2nd post but I have sooo many questions. I have a very low score I believe its only around 519, did anyone have a score like this and get approved for a secured credit card? Looking for anyone who had sucess with getting one with this low of a score. Thank you!!!!
OpenSky CC (Capital Bank) is a good one for those looking to rebuild - I've had mine for two years and never once had an issue

I would check out State Department Federal Credit Union. They have a great secured card program and they dont do a credit check. They will not convert to a unsecured but they report as unsecured, have a great APR, and no annual fees, cash advance fees, or forex fees.

You should settle these before opening a secured card. The deposit is a savings account and if you are sued and lose, it can be taken in a judgement.
Thanks everyone for the responses!!! I actually applied for the capital one secured card and was able to get approved!!! I am happy to start rebuilding and repairing my credit.
Congrats on the approval!
