It's priceless bud...you can't get it anywhere else except from a lender!

I just do an ACH transfer once a month...a few dollars. Then I pay a cc bill with it and get it close to 0 again. Repeat as needed.
Sounds reasonable. I hope PSECU's billpay to other issuers' CCs is not the snail variety.
BofA's billpay is superfast, one reason I like them...
But anyway, to me, I don't need a monthly FICO anymore, I'd rather have the number of things tied to my name minimized. YMMV, I suppose.

I agree with you 100%. That's one of the reasons why I'm closing accounts(down to 9 from 13) and moving everything to USAA.

I agree with you there. I do all my banking with BofA, and have yet to have a problem. When I have enough to invest, sure, I'll probably do that elsewhere, but I don't feel a need to have 5/6+ banking accounts. If it weren't for FICO, I'd only have my Visa/Amex and my backup Citi M/C (I'd cancel Disc/Chase).
Its nice to find someone else that shares this mentality.

Bank of America wouldn't be at the top of my list for much if anything. But if it works for you good on ya.

They've done some pretty lousy things with mortgages, etc... but their retail banking and CC business hasn't really been like that.
My experience with PSECU has been wonderful! I'm out of state...joined in December/January (can't remember exact date). I applied for a used auto loan in March and was instantly approved for my asking amount of $7500. In May, I applied for 10k visa/psl combo and was instantly approved. The only thing I had to send in was my paycheck stubs, copy of ss card and my drivers license when I initially joined. This all with EX FICO of 614 and only working part time @20k year.
The CU I originally joined back in 1985 and have a good payment record with turned me down for everything. As soon as I finish paying off the LOC they are history.
I am doing BT's on my small cards to my PSECU visa and will hopefully be down to 3 or 4 payments a month. I've never had to call them. I have emailed them a couple of times and they are fast and courteous to get back to me.
ETA that these approvals came with high balances and over 30 inquiries (been car shopping for over a year)
