Setting up an Authorized User. I have some Question.

I'm planning on adding my mother as an Authorized User to help her build credit (has no credit). but first i need to know which card reports to all three credit bureaus Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion

What credit bureaus do my following cards report to? and Do they report my history in full (payments, age, Util, etc)?

Amex BCE

BoA Cash Rewards - Mastercard

Cap1 Savor One - Mastercard

Chase Freedom - Visa

Chase FU - Visa

Chase Amazon Prime - Visa

US Bank Cash+ - Visa S

Thank you for the great support!

All of the cards you listed report to all the 3 CRAs. All of them report account history, CL, payments, reported balances, etc.

While a variety of them can backdate the history when an AU is added, AmEx will not, it goes by the date the AU is added, but in your situation not much of an issue since the CC is ~3 months in age.

That is correct, there is no HP for being added as AU.

Most lenders typically request the DOB, but in some cases, the AU address and/or SSN, but again this is to ensure that the information on the AU reports accurately.

One thing that I will add is that if you do not share an address, it's possible that some of the cards will never appear on one or all of her credit reports.

Re: Setting up an Authorized User. I have some Question.

I'm an AU on three Chase cards and it doesn't seem to report to Equifax, just TU and EX.

I would not add her too all. I would only add her to BOA that seems to be your oldest card. Once that reports she should be able to get approved with Capital One or Discover or Amex. Chase will require at least a 1 year of her own history unless she has deposits with them and is prequalified.

Amex ED: 8K, Macys Amex: 4K , BOA Premium Rewards: 60K , Best Buy Visa: 7K , VACU Mastercard: 11.5K Discover: 25K, Amex Delta Reserve 15k, Apple Card:3.5K, Saks WEMC 16.2K, PNC Cash Unlimited: 20K

Good call on the BoA, actually.  I hadn't hovered over the account ages.
