Do you have any privacy plug-ins or browser options selected that may be blocking the cookies in the browser? I've been using Rakuten/Ebates for almost two years, have earned nearly 200k Membership Rewards through it, and haven't had to contact them a single time. Browser and cookie issues seem to be the most common issue with all shopping portals like Rakuten and Chase after things like using a promo code not found on the portal or adding items to the cart prior to beginning your shopping experience through the portal.

Yes, in the Chase case, it was probably an Adblock issue. With Rakuten/Ebates, I haven't had issues getting the credit from using the portal, but I did have to contact about the extra credit for using their card. But recently that has worked well.

So I closed all my Chase cards as I don't want to work with such an easily cowed issuer.
Did you contact BBB yet?
I feel like you're skipping a lot of steps there

No. I did get an "associate" to use our normal protection racket proposal: "That's a nice shop you've got there, Chase. Pity if something happened. Caught fire, got broken into, customers die from carbon monoxide, you know...." But it turns out that unlike in the UK, shop is more of a verb than a noun, so they just laughed.

For what's it's worth. My Shop With Chase experiences has been decent. Although different merchants seem to have different processing. When I buy online from Walmart, I'll get an email from Chase saying Congratulations "We're reviewing you order...." from such and such. For other merchants, there is no review email or much of anything, the points just post about 5 days later.

I dont block cookies but I do have double adblockers running. When I make the purchases I get notified that cashback will be added in xx days and its on record but the merchant never comes through or that is what I have been told.
