Shopping Card Trick with Overstock = Hard Pull on Experian

They approved me for $3,000, but they hit me with a hard inquiry on Experian.

SCT SP's are slowy fading away. Overstock is now a YMMV type app.

My mom was pre approved for New York & Company card via SCT, and got a HP. Funny thing tho, after accepting terms and filling email and last 4 of social, pop up went away after submitting but she still got a HP? Site said they were having issues
