I don't. But I just app'ed for three new cards the past December. I don't think I stand a chance getting the US airways card. :/
Just go for it. I've got 10 cards all approved in the last few months.

I agree not to do the BOA CLI HP but he might as well do the US Airways card for the 50k bonus points.
IMO its a wasted hard pull with a high chance of no CLI
-.-.....ughhhh, the US airways premier card does look good. I would probably wait a week or two to pull the trigger. Don't know 90 days is enough for second Barcalycard tho.
