Citi is totally lacking in luv for me, so it's pointless for me to try. But I have anyway. They softed TU on me, both when I clicked and when I asked a human.

Yeah true. I don't really use the Citicard anyway. I did set up a few billing payments on my Citicard but I plan to switch it to my Amex once I receive it. Smiley Happy I avoided the temptation to tap the luv button. I'll just keep it around and use it if I don't have my Amex gf with me. Smiley Wink

from what i understand if you hit it and don't get a form requesting info it's a soft approval. if you do get a form don't continue, unless you want them to pull a hard. it's at least worth clicking on to find out.

When I called a few months ago, they told me that I did not qualify due to my payment history. When I went on the website, it allowed me to process a CLI. I called Care and the agent also adv me that I qualify for increase. She said it would take up to 8 hours but if I want to know sooner...I can find out within 30 minutes. I passed.

I think I came to the form because it asked me how much I wanted for my CLI, annual income, other income, financial institution information, etc. ha.
