Ok so i just closed my Cap1 secured card with a limit of $2000 that i maxed deposited on. Do u guys think its worth it for me to apply for the quicksilver card since i already have dealings with them? I have that orch bank card but they wont budge on upgrades or cli since its still in transition with them? 

Or what do u think im better than them now? Anyone know who they pull when u apply?

I called and tried and tried but they wouldn't budge on anything for me. They wanted me to apply for a new card, for some reason Cap1 doesn't do that like other places would.

Oh, I didn't realize that you had spoken with the EO. Most people have success--though I have never been a Capital one customer, so I have no experience.

CAP1 will not unsecure a secured card sorry. We have never seen cases of that.

I would do the pre-qual and if you get an offer for quicksilver then certainly apply for it.

Really? Thats bogus for a status as Cap1. Well for right now I closed the secured card and I sent an email about my orch bank card to the eo and i will try again with the guy i dealt with before to convince him to switch to quicksilver and add a decent CLI. I did the auto CLI a few weeks ago and it was only $100 which is total garbage.
