Signing Bonus on CSP

I am thinking of applying for CSP because I think it will make good addition to my chase checking & chase freedom card combo. My question is will I get the Signing Bonus if I sign in  as a existing customer ? Thanks

I am going to apply in oct that is when I will complete 1 yr w Freedom and bring some utilization down.
