I was almost ready to give up bugging them, but I just ended a live chat and was given 9.24% to both of my accounts.
So, single digits APR's are possible with AMEX.
Do you use the card frequently? I was rebuffed when I asked for one for not having enough usage. I'm currently at 21.99% which is laughable.
Yes, I use my BCP for virtually everything, but never carry a balance. My Hilton see's no use now that I have enough points for a 2 week vacation

Quick question. If you're using your BCP for almost everything, why not transfer some of your CL from the Surpass to your BCP? Seems like you've got an awful lot there and not a lot on the BCP for almost all of your spend. How much are you spending per month?

Ah okay. Just thought it might be easier to keep your util down on the BCP.
