Yeah same here more than a week in. I am not sure what changed, or did not change really. I guess a fail on their part for either communication (lack of clear details) or execution. Even at the ~3% rate I don't have much in there anyway but odd that they communicated a change and it seems(?) to all be the same. Not sure what their intention was.
Wandering off topic but Alliant was also nerfed as of 11/1.
Still showing the 1.5% and 2.5% tiers and how to get the 2.5%.
Removed $ from checking and no monthly transfer, so can't run a rewards test.
Web page with login for the card has not been updated to new structure.

Not all that far off topic really. Alliant is the only other bank institution I am aware of that is doing selective nerfs. I have a friend with the Alliant card and they are still chugging along at the 2.5% as if nothing changed. I am not liking this trend of not having any idea who is getting a nerf and why. Sure I feel lucky having the Smartly "good nerf" for now, but I would rather have well defined criteria I can either strive to meet or go elsewhere. I don't have time for such things but these both seem like class action lawsuits just ripe for the picking.
