So I can only have one HSBC card while opted-out?

I currently have an Orchard Secured and in the future (not yet) would be interested in applying for a Best Buy store card. From what I've read, the only way you can have more than one HSBC card is if they solicit you, and I would need to be opted-in for that, correct?

Not necessarily.  I think your current creditors can still send you offers.  Now, whether or not HSBC sends out these offers to current customers or do it through random databases, I do not know.

You can't even get it through an in-store app?

I believe you can use the pre-qual site for Best Buy MC and check for offers, I don't think you will ever get solicited for this offer.

I would check it 6 months after having your orchard card.

My next door neighbor has an Orchard MC, did cold app online for Best Buy and was approved with no problem.
