I opened most of my cards within the past 3 weeks. I hope no AA occurs. I did have specific reasons for getting each card though. Needed to make a few purchases where I could have time to pay them off. Should have them paid within 3-4 months. Now you have me nervous though, lol.

EQ-671 TU-723 EX-675 as of 7/5/15
Discover IT $1250, Chase Freedom $500, Amex BCP $2.5k, Barclay Ring $1.9k, Cap1 Quicksilver $3k, Cap1 VentureOne $3k

Are these cards potentially leading to AA:

Discover - Low limit, not likely to AA anyone over that amount.

@Anonymous @ $500.... um, No

AMEX BCP - Just pay in full based on what should be going through this card anyway, groceries, gas and a shirt from the department store, you know, things you would buy anyway.

Barclay Ring - Congrats, they started you out with a relatively decent limit on this one.

Capital One x2 - You would have to really REALLY work hard to get any AA from this CCC.

High Bal Jan 2009 $116k on $146k limits 80% Util.
Oct 2014 $46k on $127k 36% util EQ 722 TU 727 EX 727

The only issue would be the Amex. Won't be able to PIF. Bought a new laptop from Sears because my old one was on its last legs. Got the $150 intro offer plus the 3% because Sears is a department store. But once that's paid off, no problem.

oh i didn't know that. gotta check it out, thanks!

back to topic, I think once you establish a spending pattern, they won't AA you for almost maxing out limit. for example, my dad have a card from citi (before he got CSP), he was using that card only, it's got credit limit of 35k, and he used to put about 30-32k a month, never got any AA from citi.
