So What's Up With Amex Reporting?

My first statement cut in April and it did report. However my card has cut twice since and neither May or June have reported. Are they that cheap that they think they can report my balances to the CRA only quarterly?

From my understanding of AMEX (and someone please correct or clarify if this is wrong) but I believe they constantly report what your highest usage on the card was.  I am not quite sure how to have that changed, but you may be able to call and speak with them to see if they can update the information with the CRAs.  Do you have a charge card or a credit card with them?

Credit card. From what I understand they are always a month behind. Two is a bit much for my liking.

There's some odd goings on with my reporting. They skipped June for me. My reported balance right now it the one I had on May 15th's bill. FWIW I have the Green.

They used to report a month or two behind, then they seemed to have gotten their act together for a year or so, now they seem to be back to their delayed reporting.

They haven't updated any of my 3 accts since April (as of today).
