I know you recently got it, How is it??
Sharp. Lol. Other than that there's not much different. Others say its heavy but its hard for me to tell the difference in it and a Plat card. Weigh about the same. Only others I know of are centurion and palladium for the US market.
How are the benefits compared to the other high end cards?
Other than the Chase perks (7% dividend, 2 points per $ on travel and dining) its just a visa signature. SHould have same benifits as any other signature. I got it for there partners and UR mall to earn a great deal of points. To be honest, im not sure how I got approved. 2 cards, AAoA 1y3m, no baddies. If your report is similar then give it a shot.
That's key...Chase likes clean reports like Amex and will approve you with generous starting limit. Your chances of being approved for Sapphire is probably the same as the Freedom
I always thought that the Sapphire was higher in terms of requirements. So would that be true for the Preferred also?
I thought the same as well, is preferred harder to get?

That was my assumtion. But I think the requiremetn might be the same. Credit card companies love it for people to pay the AF's.
I have read people having more difficulty being approved for the Freedom vs the Sapphire but YMMV

Really. I wonder why
Does Sapphire have any sort of minimum income requirements or anything?
I would say anything over 15k and you should be fine.

I'm a full time college student who works part time making $16k/year and I was approved yesterday for $5k. Not my highest limit, but close.
