How can I see what cc company's are doing a soft pull without pulling my annual credit report?
You can't, other than subscribing to a monthly service where you can view your reports any time.
Can't speak for all but all the one's I've dealt with only showed hards and some like myfico only show the hards within the last year.

In most cases, that's not enough. You need to view a full report, as opposed to the reports that come with 3-in-1 monitoring.
If you haven't pulled your freebies within the last year, you can get them via annualcreditreport-dot-com.
Equifax has something called "Credit Watch Gold", which I've had for years, which allows daily (if you want to) pulls of your full EQ report for something like $13.95 per month. I don't know of a service from either TU or EX that allows you to pull full reports for a flat fee, although they'll be delighted to let you pay the $10 or whatever per pull.
I have Identity Guard through Costco that allows me all three every month and sends me email alerts when there's a change to anything. As I recall, I've never had a soft pull trigger an alert, but they do show on my monthly 3-way report.

That's very interesting! So they show hard and soft inquiries? I didn't realize this. That is the only 3-in-1 service I've heard of that shows softs.
Thanks for clarifying!
Who is costco underwritten by? That might be worth the price of admission. Always figured you had to get the reports straight from the three bureaus to find out whose been softing you.

That's what I thought as well. I was hoping there was something i wasn't aware of other than pulling my annual credit report.
