Standard MC benefits, vs. cc issuer benefits

I know that as far as standard MC network benefits, some former MC benefits, such as extended warranty and price protection, were discontinued some time ago.  However, do some individual cc issuers who provide MC cards still offer some of the benefits that MC no longer provides?  For example, when I visit the MC Insurance Benefits page and enter my specific MC numbers, I have MC cards from some issuers like BoA, Premier America CU, and Cap1 that are still listing some of these benefits.

For instance, plugging in my cc numbers for the following cards I have still lists the following benefits, at the MC Insurance Benefits page:

(1)  Premier America CU MC:  Hotel/Motel Buglary Insurance; Lost Luggage Insurance; MasterRental; Purchase Assurance; Satisfaction Guaranteed Insurance; and Trip Cancellation Insurance

(2)  BoA CCR WMC:  Extended Warranty; Price Protection

(3)  Cap1 Venture MC:  Extended Warranty; Price Protection; MasterRental

(4)  GM BuyPower WEMC:  Cell Phone Protection Insurance; Extended Warranty; Lost Luggage Insurance; Price Protection; MasterRental; and Purchase Assurance

Former cards:
DMB Titanium MC @ 90-day, 0% grace period | $4k BEFCU MC @ 5.49% F | $21.9k Citi DPR @ 5.99% F | Chase Platinum MC @ Prime+1.67%

Just keep in mind, these changes can be pretty fluid amongst CC issuers (and MasterCard in general), so it's possible the GM BuyPower WEMC could lose some benefits once it transitions to Goldman Sachs.
