I'm happy that I was able to product change from Capital One Quicksilver One to Quicksilver. I was able to do it through chat. I got the Quicksilver One in Sep 14 with a low limit of $300. I used it very frequently and made mutiple payments, I let only10% utilization report. With the credit steps, they increased my limit to $3300 after having the card for 5 months. I really didn't want to pay the annual fee coming up. I know people people don't like Capital One but they gave me a chance during my rebuilding process.
Congrats!! Will be looking to do the same in a few months on my QS1!
Just wondering if I would be able to make a switch from Capital One Platinum to any other of their cards

My husband and I were both able to PC to Quicksilver this month. It was quick and easy via chat. Love the cash back!

It's not like I dislike Platinum much, It's just 39$ AF and no rewards. My credit is average so I can't aim for much next couple years but to waive that AF would be nice...
The QS doesn't have AF so that was another bonus. I am sure you could PC without any issues at all. I would just start a chat with them. It took less than 5 minutes for both of us. As you can see from my scores, I am in heavy rebuilding mode. Good luck!
Congrats... I was able to do the same last week also.. Love the cash back feature !

I just got mines converted after I called the eo last week
A lot of the time the chat reps can PC your card. Lets not over use the EO for every request
a habit which I had to break as well.
