@Congrats! I luv DCU too! Interesting they told you 675 is the best rate...I had been told 720. I have the non-rewards Plat @9.5 cause their rewards cc is meh
Just to reclarify Lexie the 675 was the FICO score needed for the auto loan to obtain 1.99
Question for you with the Plat card (I agree rewards are meh) I see there is no fee for cash adv/balance transfer. Do you know for cash adv if the interest begins acruing immediately (i would assume so but I can't see anything saying so).

Ok. Thanks for the clarification
I got this from their website:
A cash advance is a direct personal loan from your credit card. It works similarly to a home equity line of credit. The interest starts being charged as soon at the money leaves the account.
Thanks I am aparently not good at searching
According to this thread http://ficoforums.myfico.com/t5/Credit-Cards/DCU-Platinum-Visa-Rates-vs-Scores/td-p/2053315
I would be approved at 9.5%. With a limit of 12,000 that would leave me a very large cusion if I ever were to need it. I currently do not have any low rate cards.
