And they used to be Discover.  I copied them from a comprehensive list.  Sue me.  

Synch is pretty generic when it comes to 10K limits.  Just call Credit Solutions and tell them you want 25K and they'll either give it to you or they'll counter with the max the store wants to give you per their UW standards.
