So,
Synchrony Bank thought it would be a good idea to reduce my credit limit (while I had a blance on it) from $600 that they offered me two years ago to $100. This credit card has never missed a payment and the reason why I love this card so much is because I am an avid user of Amazon.com and I enjoy the special financing that they offer for all my purchases that are more than $250.
Long story short, my brother has gotten 3 credit cards in late status that I've eventually got cleared up (AU not responsible for debt.) but synchrony bank is not budging on the circumstances I had to face and they are literally just reading from a computer screen.
Called the backdoor number had one person that was rude as hell so I called back. After about 30 mins back and looped on hold, they said there's nothing that they can do. Now, It's sitting at maximum usage because of a balance (which I will pay, eventually) just curious if anyone has had this happened to them and if there is anything that I can do to get this resolved and my mediocre $600 back.

I think the issue really boils down to the AU reporting aspect on your profile. Keep in mind, regardless of whether you're not responsible for the balances, any history reported for the primary accountholder (i.e your brother) would reflect the same for you. If SYNCB sees that as a risky pattern from your CRs (again, regardless if you're the AU), then that's the reason for the CLD on your Amazon card.
As I commented on your other thread (Discover), do you really need to be the AU on those cards? It seems the negative history/payments are going to hurt you in the long term more than anything.
I've removed myself as AU 3 months ago. All negiative AU information has been removed.

So, just to make sure we're on the same page, all AU history (including the negative payments) has been removed from all your CRs? Are there other negative items, besides the First Premier late payment on your file?
As far as Amazon/SYNCB, once your CRs improve score-wise (based on rebucketing without AU), then you can only hope that with time, they can approve the CLI to restore the limit.
What are your actual FICO scores? utilization? AAoA?
Negative AU information Removed on ALL 3 Reports.

First Premier Bank - 30 Days

Ok, so it appears there are a few items that may be holding you back. Are those medical collections recent? What is the Santander C/O - car loan (I assume) and how long ago?

Perhaps on the medical ones you can try a PFD (not sure if you have explored this option). I'll let others who are more experienced with collection items chime in to provide more direction.
I can't address the collection question specifically, but as a data point I can say that Synchrony is very sensitive to new negative information showing up on the credit report, even if the Synchrony account is never late.
Back in 2005 when I started "Part 2" of my personal financial meltdown, Synchrony balanced-chased me on Lowe's until the credit line was $470 - where it stayed for years - and I had a perfect payment history with them. Before 18 months ago I never tried for a CLI, but when I finally did I was able to get it increased to even higher than it was before I had problems ($7450), so don't give up on the Amazon account just yet... it can recover.
My grandfather co-signed for a car note for another family member who had problems making the payment, and my grandfather found out when his CareCredit account was suddently CLD, so it's definitely something Synchrony will do regardless of the brand on the card/account.
