Synchrony CLI question

i heard that if you ask for a specific amount for a CLI and get it that you would likely have been approved for more. My question is do you need to wait the 4 or so months to ask again? Or if they give you an automatic CLI is it 4 months too?

that means you left credit on the table yeah. you can ask whenever and they'll let you know it it'll be HP or SP

Yes - and it is usually a soft pull. 

Not sure about the 4 months.  I have gotten CLIs 2x in one month before.  The 3-4 months seems to apply to visa/mc co-branded cards.
