I see others have posted recently about WM MC CLI via chat and wanted to ask how recently they where able to see a chat button when logged in? My chat button has diasappeared, I first noticed it about 2-3 weeks ago when I started thinking I was "due" for a CLI. I've tried using both the automated phone and LUV buttons recently to obtain an increase but both have been denied . I've always had better luck with chat or a live rep but now it seems I can't get to either. FWIW, I didn't get any warning that requesting the CLI would be a HP, I sure hope it doesn't end up being one since I'm gardening and just earned my bronze spade!
What is the card type? Newegg Synchrony

Was the CLI request at time of approval or later? 2 Days later
Which credit bureau got the HP? Experian
Was the CLI request through chat, 'regular' phone CSR, or Credit Solutions? Phone Automated
What was the original SL (or for older accounts, CL before request), how much did you request, and was there a counter? Starter - $1,200 Asked for $5,000
Was the request approved or denied? (tells us about denials, too, if there was a HP) Approved
Any other information you feel could be helpful.

A couple weeks ago called CS for cli for my new Amazon Prime account. Unable to approve at the time. No HP. Maybe about week and a half later decided to try again via chat as my scores had improved. Usually a TU puller, somehow they actually pulled my EX, my best score/ 704 fico 12 inq, still did not approve . Did result in HP !. Too new account i suppose and understandable but when ist got card and called CS, got cli no HP. YMMV but should be noted that i guess a HP is always possible so be wary of the possibilty. Thanks for the data point, AverageJoe! This is one I've not seen before... a HP on EX for an Amazon card CLI.
It appears likely that the occasional EX pull isn't limited to just one or two Synchrony products... it can apparently happen with any of them.
