Synchrony sending the same email every 2 minutes

Synchrony Bank has gone crazy this morning.  I made a payment and have received 13 confirmation emails so far!  They keep coming about every 2 minutes! Is this happening to anyone else?

I just talked with a rep.  They are aware of the issue and working on it.  The confirmation emails are coming faster now, about a minute apart!!  I hope they fix it real soon.
