Synchrony?????

image.jpgI've had my Amazon card for about 2 months and it's always been at 6K... They just sent me this email which I find odd... Anyone have any idea why? Haha

Re: Synchrony?????

I got one of those too.  Was happy for a sec cause I thought they doubled my credit line in two months.   Then I was like,  OK they just like to mess with their card holders.   And there may be a technical error that results on sending the message, or something like that.

Re: Synchrony?????

Call CS. Maybe it's a glitch in their system.

Re: Synchrony?????

I think its likely that there system caught up to your increase. In my opinion its almost like when you call CS for an increase its kind of like cheating( i know its not ) because you get increased majorly without having to wait for an auto increase which may take time or may not be substantial.Remember most people outside the forums do not know about CS .I know i didnt. Heck just imagine had i not known id still be at 1400 on my Marvel and would be for a long time until they decide to increase itSmiley Happy. Ive never received the email like this but i have received the paper in the mail like a month or more AFTER already having been increased by CS. Not sure if this was your situation( did you get your amazon increased via CS?) I m no expert, just my humble opinion. Hope this helps in any way.Smiley Happy

Re: Synchrony?????

I haven't had this with them, but it's happened with other cards. The funny thing is I got those emails during times when I wasn't putting major spend on the card.
