TARGET CLI!!!

Boy, I'm starting to get a complex!  Just checked and I'm still at a paltry  $300

As I mentioned in earlier post, I've only used the card once since I got it in April,  but it seems some people are getting the CLI w/o a lot of use. 

Should I just start doing some little PIF charges, or do they prefer a few payments over time (like GEMB)??  I'd really rather not have to have  a balance report, though,  just to get a CLI!

If I don't get a CLI pretty soon,  this one's gonna continue to be sockdrawered!

I got my increase by making several small purchases and leaving a small balance by the third statement but always PIF. I got the increase to 500 but I spend about a thousand there ever month so im hoping I will get a good increase soon. Maybe in July.....im hoping.

I've had their card since 3/2006 and I am STILL at $200 CL.  I use it all the time. I pay it off, I've carried a balance.  Nothing helps me.

Well, three months after my last post and still nothing for me!!

I was hoping since this is my anniversary month I'd get an increase, but hasn't happened yet!

from the other target thread I started about upgrades it sounds like the bank stopped giving ANY increases and upgrades temporarily because of the financial system. I got my increase from $200 to $500 at 3 months last year but didn't get my increase to $1000 a couple months ago like I was hoping.

I try to use it each month and I always leave a balance on it, but is currently paid off after having it all the way up to $500. But when I got my increase, the account had a balance that I was paying interest on!

Gee, like I said before, I hate to run a balance and pay interest just to get the CLI! 

But $300 is  a really, really low CL, so maybe I'll at least start using the card more and see if that helps!

no, she called again yesterday to check in on me (producer that is) and I talked to her about my plan of get things a little more in order and my plan of attack and then plan to try to talk to Suze again based on that plan and she said anytime, just let us know when your ready.

I've had my Target Visa since March 28, 2008.  I use it every week and generally run about $550 a month through there and always PIF after the statement cuts.  My limit is the same as it was when I opened it, $3000.00. I   get my 10% off coupon every 6 weeks or so, which is why I use it so much.  I would like a higher limit but I'm not ready to spend 22.99% in interest just to see if I get one.  I'm curious to see if anyone is getting CLI with Target these days.
