TCF Bank/FNBO-Instant or No?

Just wondering if TCF'S credit and loan applications are instant? The CC is issued by FNBO Bankcard. More interested in the PLOC but curious about both. (Honestly probably won't apply for either but just want to know for my own database)

Don't know about that card in particular, but I believe all FNBO card apps are manually reviewed and it takes a few weeks.  I have an Amex through my local bank that is backed by FNBO and that was the process.

FNBO card applications process will take some time. It's standard procedure.

Thx for the Info. Even tho I Bank there I think I will pass on these. CC sucks and the PLOC I don't really need. Nice to have for ODP but I never use my checks or debit card much anyway. Thanks again for the info.

Just as a quick data point, I received an instant approval from FNBO when I applied for one of the two cards I applied for from them, in 2015.  The second card I applied for with them for the same year was a manual review and not an instant approval though.
