TD bank new backer of Nordys Visa?? .hopefully not true!

If true. I won't be tripping over hoe and falling out of garden gate to app for Nordstrom's Visa.
Can anyone verify if accurate?? They must want low initial appers...TD Bank is tough UW criteria...I may qualify in 4 Years...or 10..or never!!

According to most articles, it appears "not much" would change but given that the funding of receivables and any UW will be left up to TD Bank for this card, one could only wonder that the current and flexible (Nordstrom Bank) UW standards would be gone out the window.
