I can't figure out how to print out or use my Rewards Certificates. Website says it's included in my statement, I look at my statement and the certificate is blacked out, and says 'see paper statement for your Rewards Certificate.' How does one do that with paperless statements? TIA for help.

i received my certificates in the regular mail...received twice already!

Received mine in the mail also. I have never had an option to print online.
